Here are the numbers on my motor:
5BT1374A15 on the tag, Drexel PN 8855 on the tag and 36B
550 639AA stamped on the case.
I am assuming that the one stamped on the case
means 36 volts, class B insulation, 5500 rpm and 639 amps.
Check on ebay and check with your local forklift dealers
for used electric motors.
